MSP Managed Service Provider, a company that provides end‐to‐end IT services. Traditionally,outsourced service providers assisted companies in design and implementation of their IT infrastructure. However, to be considered an MSP, the outsourced service provider, at a minimum, must provide help desk services in addition to design/consulting and on‐site service.
