SMB Small and Medium Business A segment of the customer base that is comprised of businesses that are considered small and medium. Many vendor organizations are realizing there is a significant difference between the S & M in SMB with business needs differing greatly between a small company and a medium sized company (Jeannine’s definition of SMB: 1‐99 employees, this number can varies widely within channel community)
